Privacy Policy

Interview Prep Hub is a study tool. We collect as little as possible, never sell your data, show no ads, and use no tracking cookies. This page explains what is stored and the rights you have under the GDPR.
What we store, and where

Cloud sync (optional)
If you create a sync account, your email and a one-way hash of your password are stored, along with the progress data you choose to sync. We do not share it with anyone and use it only to sync your account across devices. You can use the entire app without ever creating an account.
Your rights
- Access & portability (Art. 15/20). Open Cloud Sync → Export my data to download everything we hold for your account as a JSON file. Without an account, your data already lives on your device and the in-app Data Manager can export it.
- Erasure (Art. 17). Open Cloud Sync → Delete my account to permanently delete your account and all synced data. This is immediate and irreversible.
- Rectification / objection / restriction. Contact us (below) for any other request.
Retention
Synced data is kept until you delete your account. Deleting your account erases your account row, your synced progress, and the sync log in a single transaction.
